Heli CQDH12R 24/320Ah electric forklift has a lifting height of 2,000-5,500mm, a load center of 500mm, a lifting capacity of 1,200kg and is suitable for both 1-sided and 2-sided pallets. The vehicle has a moving speed of 4.5-4.8km/h and a lifting speed of 0.12-0.15km/h when loaded.
The compact structure of the Heli CQDH12R model is especially suitable for warehouses with narrow aisles. The low center of gravity ensures that the vehicle works very safely when lifting and lowering goods. The design of the standing driving table can be extended and folded simply; the 2 side protection arms can be folded and closed according to the user is preference. The vehicle is lifting frame is removable, and the scissor forks have 2 types: single and double forks.
The hydraulic valve system, including: lifting; lowering; shifting and tilting the forks, can be used thanks to the control arms. In addition, the vehicle also has a multi-function display screen with parameters on working hours; battery status, etc.
Curtis control board (USA) makes operation easy and convenient. The vehicle is equipped with 2 AC electric motors for operations: DC lifting and lowering electric motor - 3.3 kW provides safe and stable lifting and lowering; AC electric steering motor - 1.2 kW provides convenient steering ability. The lead-acid battery can be used for 6-7 hours after a full charge, each charge takes about 5-6 hours.
