Heli CPD20-GD1/GD2 48V-700Ah sit-down forklift has a lifting capacity of 2,000kg, a load center of 500mm with a lifting height of 3,000-7,000mm. Compact forklift design, minimum turning radius of 2,000mm, 4 wheels for flexible movement, can be stacked in containers. Loaded moving speed of 15km/h, loaded lifting speed of 490mm/s, 20% slope climbing ability.
Standard configuration, slim design for easy handling in any workspace for high performance. No exhaust, low noise, environmentally friendly and suitable for working conditions inside the warehouse, outside the warehouse and even cold storage. The vehicle can automatically decelerate while driving to improve safety (optional), special side panels and top cover structure are easy to assemble and disassemble. The moving efficiency saves more than 10% energy.
The vehicle operates more stably and safely with the new type of drive shaft; thanks to the small front overhang design. The column buffer, rear axle buffer and rear expansion valve control knob increase operating comfort.
Curtis (USA) or Zapi (Italy) control board makes operation the easiest and most convenient. The vehicle is equipped with 2 AC electric motors for operations: DC lifting motor - 10.5 kW provides safe and stable lifting and lowering; AC moving motor - 11.5 kW provides good traction and mobility.
The CAN-BUS connection system equipped on the vehicle helps to perform operations in the most optimal way, without delay and the operator can observe the device well. CAN-BUS helps to reduce connection wires, signal transmission speed is faster and more accurate.
