– The VHT vise sets the tilt angle and is held firmly by 2 bolts, it holds the tilt angle at each position with high stability.
– The vise can rotate 360° on a base with a dividing plate, with a sturdy clamping bolt at each position.
– Hydraulic tilt vise VHT has the same upper structure as the Hydraulic viseVH. Can create tilt angle: 0 – 50°.
– Clamping force of large VHT hydraulic vise: 2500Kgf – 4500Kgf. Precisely set by the stroke of the hydraulic piston mounted inside the lead screw.
– With 3 graduations at the end of the rotating shaft, we can set the exact clamping force of the part. When the outer ring rotates to the first revolution, the corresponding clamping force is 1/3 of the maximum clamping force of the vise. When the outer ring rotates to the second revolution, the corresponding clamping force is 2/3 of the maximum clamping force. And when the outer ring of the crank reaches the 3rd ring, the clamping force reaches the maximum clamping force.
