Heli CDD15J 24V/100 electric stand-up forklift has many outstanding advantages, high utility, efficiency and low investment cost; specialized for warehouses with shelves, narrow aisles that large electric forklifts cannot handle.
The vehicle has a maximum lifting height of 1,600 - 3,500 mm, load center of 600mm and lifting capacity of 1,500kg. Heli CDD15J is only specialized for 1-sided open-foot pallets, suitable for safe aisles from 1,050mm and safe 360-degree turning aisles from 1,950mm.
The vehicle uses an easy-to-use, convenient steering system; long steering wheel with integrated lifting and lowering buttons, key switch; Simple, easy-to-read clock display and built-in charger. Lead-acid battery can be used for 4 hours after fully charged. Charging the battery with 220V household power source, very convenient and easy to charge.
Curtis control board (USA) makes operation easy and convenient. The vehicle is equipped with 2 AC electric motors for operations: DC-2.2 kW lifting electric motor provides safe and stable lifting and lowering; AC - 0.75 kW moving electric motor provides good traction and mobility.
With lifting speed (full load): 92 (mm/s), lowering speed: 112 (mm/s), moving speed: 4.2 (km/h), the vehicle is equipped with a safety system, limiting the travel for the operator and goods. At the same time, it is dustproof and water resistant, protecting the circuit board when operating in high humidity places.
