Zapi 80V-840Ah Heli CPD60-GB2D forklift has a lifting capacity of 6,000kg, a load center of 600mm with a lifting height of 3,000mm. This forklift line has a sturdy chassis system, a strong hydraulic system, safe and smoother operation, and better overload lifting than previous models.
Two AC electric technology moving motors, no carbon brushes, little maintenance, good heat dissipation, low fuel consumption. The capacity of each moving motor is up to 17.1 kw, using a powerful dual drive, with outstanding speed conversion ability. Maximum travel speed reaches 15-16 km/h, climbing ability when loaded reaches 20%.
AC electric lifting motor, large capacity, using gear pump, high durability and large flow, reducing noise. Imported dual hydraulic pump motor, capacity reaches 26.5 kw. Lifting speed when loaded reaches 320 mm/s and 460 mm/s when unloaded.
The control system uses Zapi board (Italy), intelligent information processing and high durability. CAN BUS communication standard with high data transmission speed, works well in different working conditions. OPS system helps forklift avoid incorrect operation and ensures safety for the vehicle is electrical system. The vehicle has the option of using 2 types of batteries: lead-acid or Lithium battery.
