Zapi 80V-202Ah Heli CPD15-GB2LI seated forklift has a lifting capacity of 1,500kg, a load center of 500mm with a lifting height of 3,000-6,000mm. Lifting speed with load: 270mm/s, climbing ability 22%.
Zapi control board (Italy) makes operation easy and convenient. The vehicle is equipped with 2 AC electric motors for operations: DC lifting motor - 7.5 kW provides safe and stable lifting and lowering; AC motor – 8.2 kW provides good traction and mobility. The vehicle uses Lithium-ion for a charging time of 2 hours and a usage time of 6-8 hours.
The vehicle has a small steering wheel with a horn, electronic levers to move forward and backward. Turn signal levers, headlights. The OPS safety operating system is equipped on the seat, helping to determine the driver is correct position, activating the power source for the vehicle to operate. The vehicle also has a speed selection function, suitable for different working conditions and environments; automatically reduces speed when steering, extremely safe. The rear axle is raised, moving stably without touching the chassis when lifting heavy loads.
The lighting system and turn signals use LED lights with extremely high brightness and longevity. The driver is cabin is spacious, the accelerator and brake pedals are sturdy and wide. Equipped with warning lights, reverse horn and mechanical hydraulic brake system for the vehicle to ensure safety for the driver.
The vehicle uses an electric motor with no emissions, low noise, very friendly to the working environment. The LCD dashboard screen is extremely sharp, allowing the driver to observe, with full parameters and quick error reporting on the screen if the vehicle is damaged.
