Zapi 80V/404Ah Heli CPD35-GB2Li seated forklift has a lifting capacity of 3,500kg, a load center of 500mm with a lifting height of 3,000-6,000mm. Maximum travel speed of 20km/h, lifting speed with load: 440mm/s, 20% slope climbing ability. The vehicle can operate continuously in cold storage from -20 degrees to -30 degrees with high water and moisture resistance according to IPX4 standards.
Zapi control board (Italy) makes operation easy and convenient. The vehicle is equipped with 2 AC electric motors for operations: DC lifting motor - 26 kW provides safe and stable lifting and lowering ability; AC travel motor – 17 kW provides good traction and mobility.
The vehicle has been improved by the manufacturer with LCD driver view, wide-view lifting frame and compact structure. The bridge is protected with optimal viewing angle, magnifying the view above the driver is seat. The sail cushion, rear cushion and valve adjustment knob are extended at the back, making driving more comfortable.
Three optional driving modes for different working conditions make the vehicle operate safely. The rear steering wheel with stop button and optional automatic deceleration ensure safety while driving in reverse.
Electric forklift 3.5 ton lithium battery uses the world is most modern fast charging technology. With a charging efficiency of up to 98%, the vehicle only takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge the battery, when fully charged the vehicle can be used continuously for 7-8 hours.
